- Rand represents owners and developers in a wide range of real estate matters, including, acquisitions and dispositions; retail, office and industrial leases and ground leases; preparation, negotiation and closing of construction and permanent loans; and preparation and negotiation of partnership and operating agreements. He counsels clients on the structuring and documenting of real estate transactions, coordinates due diligence, and manages all aspects of the transaction through the closing.
